The aim of therapeutic training is to combine the knowledge of medical therapy together with smart movements that help you to work sports but also injury-related. The exercises are meant to improve mobility, coordination, and strength and train your cardiovascular system. 

I am working together with highly qualified health professionals, physiotherapists, physicians, osteopaths, and acupuncturists to increase your overall health and well-being long-term. If you have been suffering from chronic pain, have had an injury, or need assistance in training after your operation and physical treatment, you will find yourself in the best hands. Over the course of my work, I have always worked closely with healthcare professionals in different disciplines, which gave me the knowledge I am providing you with in individual sessions. 

Before I start to train with you we counsel together and I assess your movements and posture. Based on the first assessment we pick a range of movements that we will integrate into your training.
