My Philosophy

I see the body through the lens of a physical trainer, a mobility expert, a physical therapy-informed professional and last but not least - as a multidisciplinary athlete myself.

My training philosophy is centred around helping you understand your movement patterns, working on corrective exercises and improving your overall mobility before working on growing your strength and safely pushing your limits. I help you become aware of how your body works and ensure that you feel supported, empowered and guided throughout the entirety of my training program. I incorporate nutrition, mobility and therapeutic assessment into my programs to offer you a 360 degree care of your health.

Every injury you cure out well helps you strengthen your whole body. Together we work on training the chain of muscles that work together and help you reduce the likelihood of a setback.

Pregnancy TRAINING

Sport during pregnancy does not only minimize and decrease back pain and other pregnancy symptoms but it also enhances the overall health and wellbeing of the unborn child and mother. Delivery is usually also experienced as less strenuous and the risk for depression during pregnancy is minimized by movement.
