  • The aim of therapeutic training is to combine the knowledge of medical therapy together with smart movements that help you to work sports but also injury-related. The exercises are meant to improve mobility, coordination, and strength and train your cardiovascular system. 

    I am working together with highly qualified health professionals, physiotherapists, physicians, osteopaths, and acupuncturists to increase your overall health and well-being long-term. If you have been suffering from chronic pain, have had an injury, or need assistance in training after your operation and physical treatment, you will find yourself in the best hands. Over the course of my work, I have always worked closely with healthcare professionals in different disciplines, which gave me the knowledge I am providing you with in individual sessions. 

    Before I start to train with you we counsel together and I assess your movements and posture. Based on the first assessment we pick a range of movements that we will integrate into your training.

The key to long-term success is consistency. My training philosophy focuses on regular training sessions to track progress and help achieve your health goals at the right pace.

  • Pay 100 CHF and and when you sign-up for any of my programs, get 100CHF subtracted from the program’s price!

  • 1700 CHF

    Flexibly bookable sessions throughout the year with a 24 hour cancellation period.

  • 3’200 (instead of 3700CHF)

    Flexibly bookable sessions throughout the year with a 24 hour cancellation period.

  • 9’000 CHF instead of 11’000 CHF

    Can be paid monthly in instalments of 750CHF.

    Up to 2 sessions a week in 12 months spread out flexibly.

    No extra charge for cancellation (but session will be discarded).
